Chronic neck pain despite doing your posture exercises?

 

Have you tried all the IG reels that tell you how to “fix your neck pain” and such? 

Exercises to improve mobility and strengthen the neck and shoulders are great. 

But they may not lead to much change because you haven’t addressed the true CAUSE of your pain - hours spent in the same position every day!

So the strategy I give my clients is VARIETY. 

Pay attention to how long you spend in one position in a day and do your best to change that. 

Even the smallest change in position will alter the load on your body and your neck will appreciate it.
