Journey
For the first decade of my career, I regularly saw 15-20+ clients a day. I didn’t have the mental or physical capacity to always listen, assess, or address. This was the standard of care and felt completely normal.

Now, I treat one-on-one with a much smaller caseload. This allows me to bring my best self to every client and session, as well as provide support from afar. Every client matters and each session is valuable.

Philosophy
Movement is central to my 15 year practice. My primary focus is getting you moving - and keeping you moving - by building long-term physical resilience and confidence. I don’t promote unnecessary treatments or sessions. I empower clients rather than create fear and anxiety, or by taking away their sense of control or optimism.

Approach
My one-on-one treatments are both evidence- and experience-based. I blend hands-on care and progressive movement to address not only symptoms, but the root cause, in order to achieve lasting results. You have the potential, let me help you tap into it.
