Initial assessments are up to 45 min and include treatment.

30 min session: $90
45 min session: $115
60 min session: $140

Return to Sport Testing (45 min and includes a report): $125

Athlete Screening (30 min and includes a report): $100

Payment is due at time of service.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. E-transfer, cash, credit card, and cheque are accepted. Receipts are provided.

I am currently able to direct bill Greenshield insurance plans.
Extended health insurance plans vary but may cover up to 100% of the Athlete Screening fee under Physiotherapy services.
