I’m sure many clients will admit that they dread doing their home programs. I’ll admit sometimes I dread giving it! 

That’s because I so badly want you to do it - I’m providing the tools and tips to address your issue.

Simply seeing me 1-2 times a week for 30 min is a very slow way to achieve your goals. 

Why doing a home program consistently is important:

  • It builds a healthy habit to simply move more and in ways your body doesn’t often get a chance to

  • Strength alone can take weeks to improve

  • You complement and build on the work done in-session. If I mobilize your shoulder and you don’t follow that up with your own work, the opportunity to make lasting change is lost. 

I ensure that the program is practical and specifically designed for you - I select only essential exercises, we constantly reassess and update, and we make a schedule that’s easy to follow.

So please, be an active participant in your recovery, achieve your goals sooner, and make your physio super happy!
