Get off the treatment bed.

 

In order to move better, you have to MOVE.

This is because oftentimes random lingering aches and pains are caused by a lack of capacity. 

So how do we build capacity? By moving!

Let’s lift heavy things so that your toddler or groceries feel like nothing. 

Let’s move for increasingly longer periods so that you can enjoy that long walk with the dog. 

Let’s get into end range positions so that reaching under the bed or looking over your shoulder feels smooth. 

Let’s build up your balance and leg strength so that the hike feels like a stroll. 

Stopping all activities, lying on a treatment bed, or slapping a brace on are not the best strategies. 

Get off the treatment bed and find out what you’re capable of!
