Keep it simple!

When it comes to exercise, there are a million different options. It can be daunting to choose or get started.

But this is how simple it can be!

Sometimes clients want a full-blown and complicated program, but these are my best and easiest recommendations.

Take the stress and barriers out of it by keeping these pillars in mind.

Find activities and movements you enjoy, and just get going.
