More visits doesn’t equal better results.
The saying “quality over quantity” is true when it comes to Physiotherapy. You may think that by getting more visits, you’ll achieve more. But truly ask yourself if you’re still making progress towards your goals.
If you’ve gone to Physiotherapy for weeks and months with little improvement, it may be time for a change.
In my opinion, if you aren’t consistently making some sort of progress, there’s no reason to continue with the same plan.
Don’t fall into the trap of endless visits, assuming that you’re getting the best care for your needs!
