Yes, gyms are closed but there are plenty of exercises you can do at home - and any movement is better than none.
Ways to get creative with squats at home:
load a backpack with cans or bottles
carry a couple of jugs or bottles
carry your kid or even your partner (my partner’s least favourite option!)
jump squats
squat holds
pulse suqats
squat/duck walks
band at the knees or around the body
