Did you squat today??

Yes, gyms are closed but there are plenty of exercises you can do at home - and any movement is better than none.

Ways to get creative with squats at home:

  • load a backpack with cans or bottles

  • carry a couple of jugs or bottles

  • carry your kid or even your partner (my partner’s least favourite option!)

  • jump squats

  • squat holds

  • pulse suqats

  • squat/duck walks

  • band at the knees or around the body
