Train like an athlete.
Athletes take care of their bodies because it’s their job. But it should also be YOUR number one priority! I know there are often barriers and other commitments, but I tell my clients, you’re no good to anyone if you aren’t at your best.
So re-prioritize your time and energy to make your health your top commitment.
Get good quality sleep
Eat a well balanced diet
Drink that water!
Get in daily exercise and movement
Manage stress
Find hobbies and activities you enjoy
Seek help with aches and limitations in function
In this era of self-care and setting boundaries, now is the time to take control!
