Your home program is specifically designed for you and your goals.
It helps to maintain the gains made from manual treatment and make progress between Physiotherapy sessions.
Regular Physiotherapy treatment is helpful, but my clients who put in CONSISTENT effort tend to recover sooner.
I set you up to succeed, so I only give the most necessary exercises and update them often.
And while it is perfectly ok to seek Physiotherapy for some short-term relief, why not truly address the cause of your symptoms?
Don’t settle for less - you CAN live pain-free and do the activities you love!
(and no, you won’t have to do the exercises for life)
